Maintenance

The most valuable assets in any association, aside from the residence, are its buildings and grounds.  The manner in which they are maintained and improved directly affects its status within the broader community, and most importantly - the return on the owner's investment.

Preventive maintenance is the key to long term financial success of the association.  All communities are routinely inspected by ACM's Director of Building Services and the association's community manager and a report of maintenance related issues is provided to the board.  Our community mangers work hand-in-hand with our Director of Building Services and our accounting staff to insure that long term capital reserves are sufficient and utilized to the best benefit of the association. 

ACM has a highly qualified, fully equipped in-house maintenance team to provide the fastest and most cost effective routine maintenance needs.  Our vans are on the street 7 days a week to service immediate needs of our clients.

ACM is also fully committed to implementing the fairest and most transparent Request For Proposal (RFP) process when soliciting vendor proposals on behalf of the association.  ACM's value does not end at the RFP process.  By utilizing our size, ACM actively pursues better terms and pricing.  Construction management services are provided for large scale contracts to insure appropriate progress payments, scrutiny of change orders and scheduling of various trades.
