Hi Mary:

Recently at my mom's building, the power went off and emergency work was done by ComEd. I wanted to thank ACM for the great response and attention to this matter, particularly Bill from ACM. He was there all through the day and really on top of the fact that restoring my Mom's electricity was a priority due to her need for her oxygen machine to be powered.

Dear Valerie:

I can't begin to thank you for everything you have done, and continue to do, for us at Three Fountains. Beginning on Saturday with my first 3:00 am phone call to you until late that afternoon, your help has been immeasurable. Homeowners who were unable to enter the 3 feet of water in the garage to remove their flooded vehicles were so thankful that you drove them into the garage to retrieve their vehicles! Your efforts undoubtedly saved several vehicles that may not have had a chance, otherwise. Just knowing that you were, and continue to be, here to help answer homeowner questions and concerns, as well as direct th Board's efforts to clean up and restore normalcy, is a relief to us all. Your support, advise and presence during this clean up has been, and continues to be, a wonderful asset to the Board and homeowners.
