We offer our own warranty letter for the properties. You can find these under the closing tab in each association's web site. If it is not sufficient, there will be processing fee for the completion of your form,
which is payable in advance. Following are the processing fees:

$75.00: with a week's notice to be completed 
$150.00: will be completed within a week
$200.00: will be completed the next day
 
If you are requesting an FHA form and its corresponding association documents, 
please pay the following fees:
 
$120 for standard turn-around time, which may take up to 5 business days, to complete forms
and produce requested documents
$200 for express turn-around time, which will be completed within 24 hours
