Employee Spotlight-Mary Seego

ACM Community Management is pleased to introduce you to one of our most experienced property managers.

Mary Seego joined ACM Community Management a little over a year ago and has brought with her a variety of experience and advanced education Mary finalqualifications that make her outstanding in her profession and a tremendous addition to our staff.

Mary began in commercial property management over 20 years ago before switching to residential property management.  She has managed clubhouse communities, developer-run communities, condominiums and townhome associations.  She has interacted with many Boards and has supervised maintenance staffs, clubhouse and pool personnel and other property managers.  Mary has also participated in various seminars for professional organizations such as the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the Association on Condominium, Homeowners and Townhouse Associations (ACTHA) as well as company sponsored seminars.  She has also been the author of several published, professional articles.  Mary has also participated on many CAI committees.

Mary has achieved the Accredited Management Specialist (AMS), and the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations from CAI, in addition to the highest possible designation from CAI, the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.  She also has earned her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).  Mary is also a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) thru the State of Illinois.

Mary currently manages a portfolio of condominiums, townhomes and homeowners associations.
