Positions:
Customer Care
Minimum
three years successful experience in a busy customer service environment
or call center. Exceptional typing speed and knowledge of the various components
of Microsoft Office XP Professional required, particularly MS Outlook. Bi-lingual Spanish
required.
An
always friendly and helpful professional attitude and a keen interest

A
pleasant and soothing telephone voice. Ability to handle repeated
telephone calls in a most professional manner and treat each caller

Greet walk-in customers, resolve their issues and answer their questions in such a way so when they leave, they are happy about the experience.
Coordinate parking permit programs by keeping accurate records and enforcement of rules.
An

Ability
to competently handle multiple projects with interruptions. Ability

Accounting Manager
Full-charge accounting professional with a minimum
5 years accounting experience in a community association management
company REQUIRED. Requires an exacting attention to detail, familiarity with
property-based accrual accounting systems - specifically, Skyline
v3.6 or Skyline 2006 experience preferred - and thorough understanding
of accrual accounting. MS Excel familiarity should be second-nature,
and familiarity with Windows XP Pro and Microsoft Office XP Professional; familiarity with Windows and Novell network administration preferred.
You will be required
to supervise, coordinate, train and cross-train and develop the
accounting staff, ensure accuracy and productivity, and direct and
control workloads while maintaining strict time lines in producing
accurate and timely financial reports; closing monthly and yearly
financial periods; accurate data entry of invoices; tracking of
major capital projects and contract pay-outs; maintenance of journal
entries and processing payables checks.
Should be prepared to
reconcile numerous bank statements and close the financial periods
of multiple properties per month on schedule. This is a
hands-on, working supervisor position.
Other
duties include coordinating the annual budget and coupon ordering
process, implementing special assessments, developing requests for
proposals for significant bank loans, maintaining close working
relationships with Board Treasurers, banks, independent auditors
and financial planners, and maintaining Company books, receivables
and payables, and payroll. Should be a good trainer in order to develop existing accounting clerks and manager in order to expand their scope of responsibility and value to the Company.
Familiarity with training of inexperienced Board members in principles
of accounting a plus. Close interaction with Clients is a daily
routine that must be handled with the utmost of care, consideration

Multi-site Community Manager - Full-time and Part-time
Minimum
three (3) years experience in the local condominium management market. Apartment management and other real estate professionals need not apply.
Thorough knowledge of the Illinois Condominium Property Act, the
Illinois Not-For-Profit Corporation Act, interpreting Balance Sheets
and Income Statements, researching and assembling annual budgets
and financial forecasts including the integration of reserve studies
into annual budgets, high proficiency in Microsoft Office XP and good typing skills required.
Proven
ability to bid, manage and control multiple minor and major building and
grounds renovation projects; perform weekly inspections of managed
Communities; write comprehensive management and other reports; provide
Boards of Directors with innovative ideas and solutions; interact
well with Board Members, Owners, professional advisors, contractors

Secretary
Definition:
Under general supervision
of Management,
performs, and coordinates technical and office
administrative duties in support of the Management staff, including the provision of varied
office and support duties and heavy word processing; may at times supervise clerical and other support
staff projects, and perform other duties as assigned. Other

This position is distinguished from other administrative
support classes in that the position provides
coordination, organization and heavy word processing
support to the Management
and Accounting Staffs.

Education and Experience:

Records Clerk
Organized and
personable individual needed to file records and reports, make
copies, scan documents, open and distribute mail, replenish
supplies, affix labels, stuff envelopes, fold letters, answer
telephones and perform some word processing and data entry.
Typing speed should be a minimum of 35 wpm. Works with all
departments. Accuracy is extremely important in this position.
Basic knowledge of
Microsoft Office required and should have the ability to use various
office machines including facsimile, copier, scanner, folding
machine, postage machine. Must be able to read English and
recognize small type. Should be able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds
and push rolling files up to 100 pounds.
