As you may know the homeowner portal of www.acmweb.com has lots of features available to our clients. Besides being able to make payments, request maintenance, or report violations you can also access your associations documents through the Resource Center.
The Resource Center should have all your associations governing documents, meeting minutes and various forms. Once you have logged into your account you can click on the Resource Center tab. From here you will need to determine what documents you are looking for. If you need your associations Declarations, By-Laws, Rules and Regulations or Violation Information you can find these in the Governing Documents folder. If your association has sent out Newsletters or Notices those should be available in the Resource Center. If you are looking for Meeting Minutes from previous Board Meetings, they should be available once they have been approved. However, keep in mind Meeting Minutes do not get approved until the next meeting.
Also if your association allows rentals and requires Rental Forms these will should be available as well. Your association may have a Leasing Packet which will typically have a list of all required items and copies of the forms. When you find the documents you need you can click on the name of the file. You will then be given three options; view on-line, download, or print. If you view the documents on-line a new window will open, so make sure you allow pop-ups for the website. If you download the documents you can save them directly to your computer, however make sure you check the Resource Center often for any updates. If you print the documents a new window will pop-up and then you will need to click the printer icon.
If you are having trouble or are unable to find the documents you need, you can contact our Customer Care department. They are available to assist Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. by phone, 630-620-1133, or by e-mail, firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to include your property address and name in the e-mail because we can only send these documents to legal homeowners.
