Board Education Seminar: Dealing with Resident Issues

Posted on July 13, 2017

Today’s multi-family communities face many issues. Some are easy to solve once they are understood and some are awkward and sensitive. This seminar is designed to help Boards of Directors handle some of the issues that once were rare or uncommon but are now becoming more common-place.

Our panel, of David Hartwell of Penland Hartwell and Janice Subasic, of ACM Community Management, will talk about; difficult residents and tenants, aged (senior) residents, hoarders, service animals, the Americans with Disabilities Act, concealed carry and other issues that Board’s may not have experience dealing with. Join us to get practical advice from our attorney and property manager speakers.
