Board Education Seminar: The Snow Removal Service Limited Liability Act

Posted on September 11, 2017

Winter in Chicago will soon be rearing its ugly head with cold temperatures, howling winds and snow and ice. And with this winter comes a new law that can hold an association liable for such events as slips & falls or car crashes, if a court of law deems that the association failed to act appropriately in managing slippery or hazardous snow/ice conditions.

So, how can an association limit their risk and exposure when the association cannot require a contractor to contractually indemnify the association against the contractor’s negligence?

Come to our seminars and hear from a snow removal contractor and an attorney who have worked together to design and plan that will minimize the liability for both the client and the contractor.

This is a “MUST ATTEND” seminar.
