Janice Subasic has been in the Community Management field for over 25 years. Upon receiving her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from IIT/Kent Law School she began working for the Village of Clarendon Hills in the Mayor and Managers Office. Her focus at that time was budgeting, insurance and resident relations. Janice then began working for the Woodridge Public Works Department and her primary focus was contract bidding and negotiations, obtaining grants and capital and infrastructure improvements within the community.
After 13 years in local government Janice was offered a position as a Community Manager for Condominium Associations. She found that the experiences she received by working in local government closely parallel what is needed to be a community manager for Condominium Associations. For the last 13 years Janice has been a Community Manager for Condominium Associations. She is employed as a Community Manger at ACM Community Management.
Janice is a member of the Community Association Institute and the Association of Condominium, Townhouse and Homeowners Associations. She is currently a Licensed Community Association Manager in the State of Illinois.
