Employee Spotlight: Kris Kucera

In 2015, Kris joined ACM Community Management as part of our Customer Care Department.

Before Kris came to ACM though, she spent about 1 ½ years at her previous employment learning many of the customer service, communication and organizational skills that make her a valuable asset to the ACM TEAM. After about one year, with dedication to her job and hard work, she was promoted to our RFP Coordinator and Administrative Assistant.  In the position of RFP coordinator, Kris is able to assist the managers with gathering quotes from vendors in such categories as: painting, pavement/ concrete repair and replacement, lawn maintenance and snow removal and roofing repair.  She makes sure that all quotes received are from trusted, professional and insured vendors and that they are equal in scope, thereby giving the managers a tool that they can present to the Board for discussion and action on their part.

Kris also likes sharing her knowledge and experience with her co-workers in hopes that she can make the challenges of their job a little easier.

In her home/out of work life, Kris likes to spend time with her husband and two daughters. Her hobbies are crafts and crocheting, but most of all she enjoys being a HUGE Chicago Blackhawks fan.  Kris also has a favorite Dr. Seuss saying which is, “You will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory.”
