Employee Spotlight: Robyn Daniels

The mission of ACM Community Management is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients by satisfying their needs, wants and questions as completely, correctly and timely as possible.  At ACM, we pride ourselves on our Customer Care department and the job they do.  We are very fortunate to have this effort lead by a Customer Care supervisor who works to not only to make sure our clients are happy but that also our Customer Care TEAM is as good as they can be.
Robyn Daniels has been with ACM since 2015, where she started as a Customer Care representative herself and within a year was promoted to her supervisory role.  Robyn likes building a TEAM, learning new things herself, tackling the day-to-day challenges of the property management business and making work fun in what is sometimes a strenuous environment.  Currently, Robyn is supervising more than ten Customer Care Representatives in her role at ACM.
In her spare time, Robyn loves to spend time with her husband and daughter.  Her hobby is gardening.
