Live assistance available. You can speak to a live representative and ask customer service questions from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays through Fridays when you are a client of ACM Community Management. We don’t expect you to leave a message and wait for us to get back to you. When you call, we answer and do what we can to resolve the issue.

Customer care call center. Utilizing the latest phone center technology, our highly trained, friendly and knowledgeable property management customer service representatives can address virtually any issue while on the phone with you. We are constantly updating our systems and providing training to all staff. These innovations allow us to help you faster so you can get back to the things that matter.

Multiple issues can be addressed. Whether it’s the status of work orders for maintenance, questions regarding financials, or upcoming board meeting dates that need addressing, our property management customer care representatives are prepared to resolve the issue. We have the knowledge and expertise to assist you — and your residents as well.

All calls are logged. Since all customer care calls are logged, reports can be provided to the board on a regular basis showing the types of calls we handled and what questions were asked. Issues affecting multiple residents thus can be handled more efficiently. Following up on resident calls also ensures the right information is on file and is being provided to your residents. This information can be a useful resource for you to track ongoing concerns and refer to past issues.
