The Business of Budgeting

A budget is a planning tool and Road Map for the financial operation of the association by estimating an association’s expenses and providing for its income to pay for those expenses. Part of this budget process is also examining all of the influences on the budget, including your reserve study. But, no matter how good your budget is or how strong your financial health is now, being prepared for the unknown and able to secure additional funds from a bank, when needed, is also crucial to your association’s well-being.

Come to this seminar and learn about the business of good budgeting.
