Being the first Chicago suburban Community Association Management Company to have a Web presence, we have attempted to create a site that is both informative and functional for current Clients and Customers, as well as potential Clients seeking information or requesting a proposal for management services. Although the site is constantly under ongoing development, we believe sufficient areas of it exist to make your stay an enjoyable and informative experience.

You can learn more about our Company starting at the navigation button entitled About ACM. Our Company's history, mission statement and objectives, and philosophy can be accessed at similar links on the navigation bar. Existing Customers can locate their Association meeting date, time and location, as well as ACM Holidays at the calendar link. Our education button lists future seminars and workshops specifically designed for Community Association Board Members and Managers. And, work orders is a link to a form that Customers can complete and e-mail to us for 24-hour access to our office to report items requiring ordinary maintenance. Both the work order and contact forms are SSL encrypted so Customers never need to worry about sending home or work telephone information, or unit access information over the World Wide Web. At the e-Books button, we will be publishing topics that affect community associations, their management and administration.

The links navigation button will take our visitors directly to the web sites of ACTHA (Association of Condominium, Townhouse and Homeowner Associations), CAI-Illinois (Community Associations Institute, local chapter), the CAI National web sites - the three premier resources for Community Association education, training and information. We have included other links to web sites we feel may be pertinent or interesting places for our visitors to tour. These include everything from technical and product information on remodeling, building materials, and weekend home improvement projects, to legal sites and the FCC web site where one can search for the latest information on satellite dishes.

Very soon, a "Spotlight" navigation button will feature information about one of our Highlighted Communities, including some history and photographs. "Our Staff" will introduce our Clients and Customers to our staff members, that they probably have spoken with over the phone but may have never met in person. The "Office Tour" will be just that - a virtual pictorial walk around our modern and highly functional office for those that have never had a chance to visit. We also plan a special section "For Board Members Only", to help hone Board Member skills and offer valuable suggestions.

"Resources" will list various professionals and contractors we work with, plus brief descriptions about their services, location, and contact information. All of our resources may not be listed because this page will be a paid-subscriber service.

Finally, every ACM Client Association will have their very own web pages within our site to communicate pertinent information, rules, newsletters, and offer forms and Community-specific information to their Owners who visit. A number of such sites are already complete and the remainder will soon follow. These pages also include a shopping portal where our Customers obtain special discounts from our affiliates.
