Employee Spotlight: Becky Jachim

Becky Jachim

For two years, Becky had been working in the Customer Care department of American Community Management as the TEAM leader and trainer, developing training programs for new staff members.  At times, Becky was responsible for training multiple people who were recently hired into the company.

Because of her background and innovative training methods and style, Becky was promoted into the new role of Transition and Training Specialist.  In her new role, she is assisting in the co-ordination of incorporating new business into the ACM family.

Becky is also working on acquiring her Community Association Manager (CMCA) license through the State of Illinois.

Becky has an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development and was a Daycare Teacher, responsible for 18 month old to 5 year old children, until she joined ACM.

In her free time, Becky volunteers at her church and loves to spend time with her Boxer, Butkus.
