For the last two and a half years, Jennifer has been a valuable ACM employee.
In December of 2015, Jennifer started in our Customer Care Division assisting our homeowners. A year later, she was promoted to our Closing and Collections Coordinator, where she worked on unit sale closings and on assisting Boards and their attorneys in collecting delinquent homeowner assessments.
At the end of January this year, Jennifer was promoted to Resident Relations Supervisor where she oversees all of our Customer Care representatives from training to scheduling. Jennifer is currently assessing better ways to assist our clients through better Customer Care interaction.
Prior to joining ACM, Jennifer spent nine years with FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Association as a TEAM leader, where she was responsible for leading and directing individual disaster assistance teams. She also performed and processed preliminary damage assessments to assess the conditions of all involved and their ability to register for FEMA assistance.
Jennifer is married with two children and is an enthusiastic volunteer with the PTA and Junior Achievement USA, and is also a volunteer with the Red Cross Disaster Action Team. Jennifer and her family subscribe to the “volunteering is life” philosophy and can be found helping at soup kitchens or with the Toys for Tots campaign. Jennifer also finds time for an occasional “road trip” and supporting her children in their many sports activities.
